Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • Standard Shipping (AU): 2–6 business days 

  • Express Shipping (AU): 1–3 business days 

  • International Shipping:  currently unavailable

Shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and shipping method, and are displayed at checkout.

tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to activate. You can also use the tracking feature "Track Your Order" on our website to track your order.

delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at help.vsynactivewear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any supporting details. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue quickly.

incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.
